Ridges, valleys, and eaves are where roofs actually leak. Properly fitted trim is what seals them.
A roof rarely fails in the middle of a panel; it fails at the seams, ridges, valleys, and edges, where two surfaces meet and water is looking for a way in. Below is every standard trim piece we custom fabricate, what it does, and where it goes. Standard lengths run 12’6″, and with our 21-ft computerized brake, we can custom fabricate trim in 2-foot increments up to 20’6″ so a long wall or roofline doesn’t need an ugly mid-run seam.
Covers the peak where two roof slopes meet, sealing out wind-driven rain and snow at the highest point on the roof.

Matches the Standing Seam panel profile at the ridge for a continuous, hidden-fastener finish no visible hardware breaking up the clean look.

Does the same job as a standard ridge cap, shaped to fit hip roof lines where slopes meet at an angle instead of a straight peak.

Channels water down the valleys where two roof slopes meet one of the highest-risk leak points on any roof, especially under heavy snowmelt.

Finishes the lower roof edge, directing water off the panel and into the gutter while sealing out wind-driven rain from underneath.

An alternate eave trim profile for the lower roof edge.

Finishes the sloped roof edge (gable end), sealing the panel edge from wind-driven rain coming in sideways.

An alternate gable (rake) trim profile for the sloped roof edge.

With our 21-ft computerized brake, we custom fabricate trim in standard 12’6″ lengths or in 2-foot increments up to 20’6″. We can build fully custom trim profiles to your exact specs—bring us your plans and we’ll match the profile.
